Add some botanical brightness to your water, mocktails, and cocktails! Simply brew up some Lemon Squeeze Tea and freeze in ice cube trays.
Use 1½ tsp of Lemon Squeeze Tea to every 8 oz water.
Boil water and pour over herbs.
Cover and let steep 5 -15 minutes.
Strain, add honey to taste and let cool.
Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.

1 tbsp (0.5 oz) Turmeric Tonic
1oz Wild Mint Honey Simple Syrup (click for recipe)
3-4 oz ginger beer
ice
squeeze of fresh lime juice
lime wedge for garnish
Add Turmeric Tonic, Wild Mint Honey Simple Syrup, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice to a highball glass with ice. Pour ginger beer over ice and stir.
Or, use a cocktail shaker to combine everything and pour into your glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!

1 oz Rosemary Honey Simple Syrup (click for recipe)
2 oz cranberry juice, unsweetened
3-4 oz soda water, or to taste
ice
whole cranberries and a rosemary sprig for garnish
Add Rosemary Honey Simple Syrup and cranberry juice to a lowball glass with ice. Pour soda water over ice and stir. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig and enjoy!

Make divine herbal simple syrups using dried herbs, honey, and water! These herbal simple syrups will rock your mocktails and cocktails in ways you've never imagined, while adding the botanical benefits of whatever ingestible herbs you choose. We can't recommend Wild Mint or Rosemary enough - so good!
2 tbsp dried herbs
1¼ c water
1 c raw honey
Make an herbal infusion by pouring 1¼ c boiling water over dried herbs in a heat-proof jar. Stir, cover lightly, and let infuse 8 hours or overnight.
Strain out the herbs and add the liquid infusion to a small saucepan. Add the honey and stir over medium heat until fully mixed.
Pour into a heat-proof jar and allow to cool. Store in the fridge.

All the benefits of our superfood Chaga Chai Tea are infused in this astoundingly delicious syrup. Slather it on pancakes, waffles, or use it in place of simple syrup to create chai cocktails and mocktails!
2 tbsp Chaga Chai Tea
1½ c water
1 c maple syrup
Add water and Chaga Chai Tea to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Strain and return the strained liquid to your saucepan. Add 1 c maple syrup and stir over medium-low heat until consistency is uniform.
Use immediately while warm, or pour into a heat-proof 16 oz jar. Allow to cool before capping. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
