Blackberry Basil Boost

Boost your day when you need it the most with this delicious herbal drink! Fresh blackberries and basil blend so well with our Energy Tonic, and this beverage is our official mid-day pick me up. Spicy, and sweet with a little tang makes it PERFECT for Summer evenings on the porch. While this is great on its own, if you're looking for herbal happy hour ideas try adding 1.5oz of your favorite Tequila, Vodka, or Gin. Cheers!

Ingredients:

4 fresh blackberries
1 oz Honey Simple Syrup (click for recipe)
1 basil leaf
1/2 oz Energy Tonic
3 oz Ginger beer
Ice and orange wedge/ basil leaf for garnish

Directions:

Muddle 4 blackberries and basil leaf with .5oz of Energy Tonic in a shaker or pint glass. Add 1oz honey simple syrup, and 3oz of ginger beer with ice and shake vigorously. Pour all contents out into glass with orange and basil garnish. Enjoy the thirst quencher!
