Kathi currently oversees 4 acres of medicinal herb production on her certified organic farm. All the herbs and vegetables grown on the farm are used to create Herbal Revolution’s delicious, effective and versatile herbal products.
Kathi has received numerous awards over the years for her formulas from places such as the American Herbalists Guild, International Herb Symposium and New England Made Shows. In 2019, she received an award for being the Best Home-Based Business for Maine and all of New England from the Small Business Administration. Kathi has been featured in Maine Women Magazine, Boston Globe, New York Times, Mother Earth News, Bangor Daily News, Penobscot Bay Pilot and HerbalGram for her work with the Fire Cider 3 and Tradition Not Trademark. Her products have been featured in Down East Magazine, New England Made Shows and the New York Post.
Kathi is the author of Herbal Revolution: 65+ Recipes for Teas, Elixirs, Tinctures, Syrups, Foods + Body Products That Heal, released December 2020.
Kathi has studied clinical herbalism with David Winston, Leslie Alexander and Leslita Williams, and has spent the last twenty-five years of her life following her passion for organic farming, herbal medicine and community wellness with great dedication. When Kathi’s not working on the farm or at headquarters, she loves hiking, swimming, playing with her cashmere goats, eating delicious food, traveling and having new experiences, laughing her ass off and spending time with her family and partner, Gus.
Amy found her way to Herbal Revolution through a love of nature and deep appreciation for plant medicine. As a former Production Team Member, she developed a deep appreciation for and understanding of the outstanding herbal products we make here at Herbal Rev. Amy’s diverse background in art, design, teaching, and farming grants her a unique perspective and approach to Marketing that aligns seamlessly with the dynamic and holistic nature of the Herbal Revolution brand.
In her free time, Amy enjoys cooking (and eating), reading, and going for walks with her dog, Wally, and partner, Jeff.

She wholeheartedly believes that herbalism should be accessible to everyone. Her passion is to encourage people to grow their own remedies either in their own gardens, community gardens, or window-boxes and to empower people to choose high quality remedies for wellness, which is what drew her to Herbal Revolution. With many years of customer service experience, herbal study, and a love for creating beautiful images, Becky is thrilled to be combining these skills to share the heart of the Herbal Revolution brand and mission.
Becky is a mama, hiker, gardener, and lover of all things outdoors who loves to camp with her family. She can often be found in the woods or the garden, keying out plants and admiring the natural world.

Debra fell for the plant world while working outdoors as a dogwalker, and has been crafting plant medicine since 2008. She earned a certificate in herbalism in 2014 and has also studied apitherapy. She owns and operates a medical cannabis apothecary, consulting with patients and crafting preparations that incorporate honey and propolis. Her mission is to create herbal medicines that people enjoy and feel connected to, so they desire to take and use them.
Debra is grateful to apply her skillset at Herbal Revolution because of the values upheld in our collective work. She lives in a dreamy woodland with her partner Dustin and enjoys woods walks, frame drumming, hot yoga, kayaking, dogs, and the rustling sound of autumn leaves beneath her feet.

Jackie is a longtime Herbal Revolution fan and supporter, having known Kathi for close to 20 years. She focused on herbs and herbal medicine as pertaining to women's health while studying and practicing midwifery in her earlier days, and has shifted her love affair with plants toward their ability to create magical natural colors. An an avid knitter and fiber artist, Jackie has taken her dye plant knowledge all over the country teaching fun and colorful workshops on natural dyeing.
Jackie is your wholesale point person and loves building new relationships with shop owners.

Kamala Devi is the Shipping Manager here at Herbal Rev. A lover of natural health and healing, Kamala is a long time yoga teacher and healing arts practitioner.
She is thrilled to be immersing herself in the world of herbal healing surrounded by such beautiful souls who are all offering so much beauty to this world. She finds joy in preparing and sending out orders with love and gratitude to customers and being a part of the goodness and light that Herbal Rev offers through its service.

Laine is a community herbalist, aromatherapist, and gardener who enthusiastically supports self-empowered and self-defined wellness. Her philosophy is that wellness begins and ends with being comfortable in your own skin.
With a diverse background that includes business management, communications, IT, website development, customer service and tech support, marketing, photography and graphic design, Laine is usually behind multiple screens at headquarters doing some sorcery to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Laine has a love of kayaking, Japanese paper, esotericism, long conversations and black teas. She lives in a hundred-acre wood with her partner Christopher. They are still searching for Piglet and Roo.
