How do I manage my subscriptions?

Log in to your account by clicking "Log In":


Once you log in, you will see your Account Details. Click "Manage Subscriptions" on the left under your name:


 

You can also manage your subscriptions without logging in via a secure login code. Click "Log In" and then click the link under "Need help accessing your subscriptions?"

 

Enter the email address you used during checkout when you subscribed and click "Send Login Code".

I updated my address; why did my subscription get shipped to a previous address?

Each individual product subscription has its own shipping and billing profile. In your account, please click on the product subscription that needs updating and change your information for that particular subscription.

Do you have a storefront?

We do not have a storefront at this time, but we do offer free local pickup, which you can select during online checkout. In-store shopping and pickup hours are Monday - Thursday 10am - 4pm. We are located at 1341 Heald Hwy (Route 17) in Union, Maine.

Can I come visit the farm?

Our farm is also Kathi's home. We do occasionally participate in community Open Farm Days. Please sign up for our newsletter to find out about all of the events we are participating in!


Where can I buy Herbal Revolution products near me?

Please visit our Stockists page to find shops near you that carry Herbal Revolution products. Most retailers stock select Herbal Revolution products. If you're looking for a specific product, we recommend reaching out by phone or email to make sure they carry what you're looking for.

If your favorite retailer doesn't carry our products, we would love it if you request they do!

Can you recommend a product for me?

We cannot provide any health advice. We always recommend talking with a healthcare provider or clinical herbalist who knows your personal health history.

Do your products expire?

Most of our bottled products have a two year shelf life unopened. Once opened, we recommend storing your bottled items in the refrigerator.

Dried herbs and teas lose potency over time; we recommend using them within 6 months to a year.

How long will it take to get my order?

We ship orders within 5 days. How long it takes for the carrier to deliver your item depends on your selected shipping speed and any potential carrier delays, which are beyond our control. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order for further details.

Is that styrofoam in my box?!

Goodness, no! Our packing peanuts are made from starch and we recommend reusing them if possible, or composting them if that option is available to you. They can be dissolved in water, or you may put them in your regular household trash if you prefer.

Can I use more than one discount at a time?

The cart will only accept one discount per order.
