"The Maine Forest Fizz"
2 Tbsp Maine Forest Hydrosol 2 Tbsp White Pine Shrub 1 tsp Rosemary 1 - 2 Tbsp Honey 2 cups Still/Sparkling Water
Optional: slices of lemon, 2oz gin*
In a quart mason jar, muddle the honey and rosemary, then add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and shake. Then strain into 2 glasses over ice. Garnish with extra rosemary and a slice of lemon if desired + enjoy!
