Cardamom Cream
Makes 2 servings
1 can (13.5oz) Coconut Milk
or
13 oz Cow Cream
or
13 oz Nut Milk of your Choice
1/2 - 1 tsp Cardamom (ground)
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
Pour Milk of your choice into a bowl, add the cardamom + maple syrup. Then use an immersion blender or regular blender to mix it all up. Spoon into hot beverage of your choosing or just eat straight off the spoon!

Store in a jar in the fridge for up to a week..
