Have you tried our Blueberry Shrub with Lemonade? This drink is so refreshing and easy to make.
First, make up a batch of Lemonade. I use the juice from 2 whole lemons, about a 2-3 in piece of chopped ginger and put that into a blender with 1/8-1/4 cup of maple syrup and blend.
I then pour the mixture into a 1/2 gallon mason jar fill with water and put in the fridge.
After about 1-2 hours or the next day, I strain the lemonade and add slices of fresh lemon.
Add 1-2 tsp of our Maine Wild Blueberry Shrub per glass, and garnish with Blueberries, Fresh Mint and Enjoy!

Mushrooms are a fabulous way to support our immune, upper respiratory, and cardiovascular systems. One of the most rewarding ways to work with mushrooms is through food, especially in decoctions, reductions, or soup stocks (like this one!).
It’s important to cook mushrooms to help break down their cell walls to access the medicinal polysaccharides. Making soup stock is a great way to utilize the benefits of the herbs and the mushrooms while knowing you’re offering your body incredible nourishment.
