Chimichurri is such a bright and fresh condiment which compliments our fiery blend of organic herbs and vegetables infused in raw apple cider vinegar. This crowd pleasing and versatile topping is made with fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, shallots, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, and Fire Cider for a huge spark of Herbal Rev flavor. Try it on EVERYTHING!
2 oz Fire Cider
1/4 cup Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - (optional add up to 1/4 cup more)
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
1 Tbsp Fresh Garlic (chopped)
1 Tbsp Fresh Shallot (chopped)
1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chop your parsley, cilantro, garlic, and shallot and add to a bowl. Add Fire Cider, olive oil, oregano, and salt and pepper. Stir and decide if you want a little more olive oil for texture. This can be made and stored in the fridge 24 hours in advance. Enjoy!
