Hot Bitter Toddy
Makes 2 servings
2 tbsp Digestive Tonic
16 oz Water
2-4 droppers Rhubarb Bitters
Bourbon to taste*
Honey
Squeeze of Lemon
Boil the water
+ add the Tonic
+ Bitters
+ Honey to taste.
Splash in the Bourbon and squeeze that lemon.
*Try with Brandy, Rum or Whiskey. Or just leave it out.
