Updates on Herbal Rev & Covid-19

What's going on?

There's a lot going on right now, and we want to let you know that we at Herbal Rev are there for you. We hope you are doing okay and continue to be so, and we're sending our best to you during these crazy times.

Some Updates:

• We are still open, shipping and making products. As a manufacturing business we hold ourselves to the highest standards of sanitation, and right now we are going above and beyond our normal practices to keep you and our staff as safe as possible.
• That being said we are down to a limited crew with some folks practicing social distancing from home, and though we are doing our best to respond to your questions and orders asap, we do ask for your patience during this time. Please allow one week for your order to ship, and a few days before expecting a response to your questions and emails.
• Some studies have been showing that Covid-19 can live on stainless steal under favorable lab conditions for up to 4 days. Paper, cardboard and glass may not be very hospitable for the virus, but you could consider setting up a package quarantine area in your house and choose a number of days that feels most comfortable to you to leave packages in before opening. (We're also doing this, and have a holding area set up for all incoming items.)
