As I approach my 48th year around the sun I continue to contemplate the times we live in. That it’s considered radical to want human and civil rights, radical to acknowledge systemic racism. It’s radical to want to have autonomy over our bodies. It’s radical to want clean water, farm without chemicals and work with plants for food and medicine. 

I started Herbal Revolution to promote and support radical wellness. Radical wellness is not only about incorporating herbal products into your daily life. Radical wellness looks at supporting holistic health of us as individuals and collectively as communities. Radical wellness looks at the environment we live in and its health. It’s all connected. It’s a lifestyle that encourages free thinking and ditching the things that don’t serve us and nourish ourselves with the things that do. This is where wellness begins.
