Give our 21 Day Rest + Reset a try and see what a difference a solid sleep and immunity routine can make!  21 days can be a magical number in creating new routines that stick.

Sleep is such an important part of our cycle. It’s a time when our bodies can heal and restore themselves. If we don’t get enough sleep there are a host of issues that can arise, such as depression, anxiety, fatigue, high blood pressure, and lowered immune response just to name a few.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be posting our 21 Day Rest + Reset right here on our website AND on social media. This practice, developed by esteemed Herbalist, Kathi Langelier, is meant to help you refresh your sleep and daily routines for optimal rest and wellness over a 3 week period. Although we’ll be releasing this 5-part series over the next few weeks, feel free to follow along at your own pace. Save the posts for future reference and come back to it whenever you want!

Part TWO

Days 8 - 10 Continue days 1-7 and add:

• Nightly guided meditation or yoga nidra while in bed
• Try these different apps
  • Insight Timer
  • Breethe
  • Sleep Cycle
  • Headspace  

On Days 3, 7, 11 Do the same as days 1-7 and add

• 1 - 2 hours before bed, enjoy your cup of tea while soaking in a warm epsom salt bath or foot bath.
