Roasted Roots with Reishi is a lovely roasted, dark, and earthy blend with hints of cinnamon and chocolate. For those of us looking to quit caffeine or take a break from caffeine, this tea is a wonderful, healthy alternative to coffee that can be enjoyed hot or iced.

This tea blend is made with a mixture of adaptogenic herbs and mushrooms. We're here to challenge those who are doubtful that a caffeine alternative can give them the energy and sustenance you need — give this loose leaf tea blend a try. 

Suggested Use:

For people trying to cut back on coffee and or quit drinking coffee, we suggest mixing half Roasted Roots tea with half coffee and slowly making it with less and less coffee until they are totally coffee free.

INGREDIENTS: 

Roasted Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale)*, Roasted Chicory Root (Cichorium intybus)*, Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum cassia)*, Ashwaganda Root (Withania somnifera)*, Cacao Nibs (Theobroma cacao)* & Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)*

Preparation:

  • Use 1 1/2 tsp of herbs to every 8 oz of water
  • Boil water and pour over herbs
  • Cover
  • Steep 15 minutes to overnight
  • Strain
  • Enjoy black, or add your favorite sweetener and regular or plant-based milk
