Made from sweet strawberries and tart rhubarb blended with honey and raw apple cider vinegar, our Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub drinking vinegar is just what you need for creating delicious and refreshing drinks. Enjoy the taste of summer!

Suggested Use:

Shrubs can be diluted in still or sparking water or you can drink it straight. A shrub is also a great ingredient to use to create your own cocktail or mocktail, or to add to any of your favorite drinks that might need an extra kick.

Our Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub is particularly delicious when enjoyed over ice, or when made into one of our favorite drinks — Summer in a Glass — which uses our Rhubarb Bitters and a lemon zest honey simple syrup.

Summer in a Glass

Makes 4 servings

1 quart jar
8 Tbsp of our Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub
4 Tbsp lemon zest honey syrup
1 tsp of our Rhubarb Bitters
3.5 - 4 cups Sparkling or Still Water

Add all the ingredients into the quart jar, shake and serve over ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
